These intricate handwoven baskets are made in Rwanda, Africa by skilled artisans. They are made with coiled sisal fibers that are wrapped in organically dyed sweetgrass fibers. All fibers are naturally sourced in Rwanda. Don’t worry about coordinating the colors of your baskets! These go perfectly together and makes creating a basket wall easy! Place the baskets in a bookshelf to add interest. They each include a loop on the back, making it simple to add colorful texture to your walls. If necessary, use a damp cloth to wipe the basket clean.
Rwanda is located in East/Central Africa and is known as “the land of a thousand hills.” It has beautiful landscapes, from rivers and lakes to volcanoes and dense tropical forests.
